A native Texan, Channing was raised on a horse ranch before moving to Houston. She played varsity golf for Memorial High School. Ultimately, Channing got her real estate license and cut her teeth selling high rises in downtown Houston. After 14 years of marriage and raising a family, she went back to her roots, put her boots back on and bought a ranch of her own in Brenham, TX She soon realized that with her experience and love for the country, she could help others looking for their dream ranch. So, she focused her real estate practice on farm and ranch. Channing spends all her free time taking care of her family, horse, chickens and donkeys. In her work life, she absolutely loves connecting people with the country property of their dreams.

Having lived out-west most of my life (Alaska, California, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada and Utah), I am no stranger to cultural diversity and extreme climate change. I only wish it hadn't taken me so long to find Texas! I moved to Brenham in March of 2017 where I absolutely fell in love with the warm weather and southern charm! Outside of family and career, I enjoy an active lifestyle that includes swimming, hunting and fishing just to name a few of my hobbies. I began my real estate career in 2006 in Elko, Nevada and discovered my vocational passion. My Texas real estate portfolio includes Residential, Farm & Ranch, and Commercial properties in Washington and several surrounding counties. I firmly believe that although real estate is serious business, it doesn't have to be stressful and my ultimate goal goes far beyond just closing the deal.
