Growing up in League City and as a current resident, Penny knows League City and the surrounding Clear Lake area inside and out. After graduating from Sam Houston State University in 1987 with a degree in education, Penny taught until 2010 while assisting at an administrative level at Brockway Realty. With a keen eye and desire to find the right home for buyers and a knack for staging homes and marketing listings, Penny brings an enormous benefit to the team.
Johnny Garcia Jr. has lived in the Houston Bay Area his entire lifestarting in Galveston and ending up in League City by way of Pasadena and Deer Park. He has been settled in League City with his high school sweetheart and four children for over 20 years, so his local area expertise runs deep. Johnny started with the Worrell Team as a client, and we are excited to have him join us as an agent assisting buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Johnny owned a local small business.
Johnny's family is number one in his life. His wife, Jaime, is a teacher at Landolt Elementary. A military veteran who still serves on active duty as a pilot in the Texas Air National Guard, Karl has turned his passion for real estate into a second career. Karl has been an active member of the Galveston County community for the last 6 years and is excited to turn his focus toward real estate. In 2010 I visited Houston, Tx for the first time and the sight of Downtown Houston took my breath away. There was something about this city that stayed with me for the following months while I was back in Puerto Rico. I knew this was the place we wanted to raise our family and by March 2011, we were planting our roots in League City. In 2013 I walked into Champions School of real estate and got my license. In my first few months, I was blessed to work with a great broker who took me under his wing and taught me the basics o real estate and foreclosures. I made the move to Keller Williams Realty in October 2013, where I've learned to build a great business centered around our community and founded on Integrity and Communication. Real Estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Widowed when I was 4 months old, my 29-year-old mother (following in her late father's footsteps) began selling real estate. For me, this meant spending my childhood going with her to real estate offices, going on showings, and helping to stamp envelopes and pass out flyers. By the time I was 10, she was a broker who had opened the first of 3 offices of her own with my two older sisters among her agents. In 1986, I also followed in the family's footsteps. I was licensed at 19 years old and began working at Century 21 Livable Homes in the Southbelt Area of Houston. Real Estate is home for me...not just because it's in my DNA, but because it allows me to follow my dream of helping others achieve theirs and live their best life.
