A little about me- I have been in the real estate industry for over 22 years. I first got my license back in 2001 and fell in love with the industry. Getting top dollar for my sellers and helping families find their dream home is what makes me smile! Over the years, I have worked in just about every aspect of the industry; From new home sales, warranty repairs, inspections, buyer walks all the way back to real estate again, my unique knowledge of different aspects make me a great choice if you are looking to buy or sell property. I have lived in and around Houston my entire life and know the area well! In 2018 my family and I began searching for a lake house around Lake Livingston and Conroe. We finally found one we loved after looking for almost 2 years and closed in March of 2020. The search for a lake house of our own and the resulting constant trips up to view properties has made me very familiar with the area in a hurry! In October of 2020 my family moved up to the lake full time! I have been married since 1997 and I have 2 great kids, Michael and Kaitlee. I have 5 cats and a great dane named Luna.

She worked her way through levels of management which included multifamily, commercial, condos, rental homes, and real estate sales. Sandra studied at Champion School of Real Estate and became licensed in 2005 and earned her Broker license in 2018. She is currently working with Vaughan Real Estate Group on Lake Livingston since 2013 specializing in San Jacinto County but represents buyers all over the lake area. In Sandra's free time, she enjoys gardening, boating, exercising and most of all making precious memories with her granddaughter and family! Sandra is very involved in her community, serving at her local church and volunteering for her community property association.

After completing high school, she joined RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring as a receptionist, quickly advancing to embrace diverse responsibilities in areas such as accounting, agent services, and general administration. Throughout this time, Bre continued her education at Sam Houston State University, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in political science with a focus on legal studies.

Working at RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring provided an excellent platform for Bre to hone her real estate skills and gather valuable experience. In 2021, the organization was acquired by RE/MAX ONE and rebranded as RE/MAX ONE - The Woodlands & Spring. Bre accepted a new opportunity in June 2023 to become the Director of Development for the Woodlands & Spring office, responsible for facilitating and implementing the RE/MAX ONE Complete Agent Development Program.
