Kim has been a part of the Keller Williams family, based in The Woodlands, for over six years. A native Texan, she has called The Woodlands and Montgomery area home for 12+ years and is married with four grown children and two beautiful grandchildren. Kim is active in various community efforts, and is a proud part of Boys & Girls Country in Hockley and their valuable dedication to children in crisis. She is also happy to be working with Decmyroom.org, an organization helping children within the Texas Medical Center and Shriners Galveston by creating a happy, healing environment while they await life-saving treatment. Kim has built a solid foundation of relationships in the real estate community through her professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to always putting her client's needs first.

As a native Texan, Martha calls Houston home. "My passion is people", and she genuinely enjoys the diverse cultures and personalities she experiences in the real estate industry. After being in the title business for over 13 years, she also understands the importance of the real estate transaction for all parties concerned. Customer service, communication and sensitivity are required and of vital importance when establishing a loyal customer base. She believes attention to detail is crucial as she weaves all the pieces together smoothly to serve her clients in a style of excellence. Martha graduated from Texas A&M University with degrees in Sociology and Child Psychology. "We are a family of Aggies, so we definitely enjoy game day and tailgates." Her favorite hobbies are grandchildren, followed by travel, friends, and flowers. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has been an instrumental part of his custom home-building business, adding to her knowledge of the industry when buying, selling and designing homes. Martha's goals are to embrace the challenges in life, savor the simple things of life, and to keep it all in perspective.
