“I have had the pleasure of working with Christopher as both a client and as a professional home inspector. When we purchased an investment property, he easily coordinated all the showings and appointments we needed as well as all communications with the listing agent. Even though the seller had some zoning issues to deal with, Christopher maintained constant communication with us, keeping us updated on the timelines and delays. Other than that, the purchase went off without a hitch. Additionally, he personally attended our closing to ensure the white glove treatment and helped us after the close with obtaining some required documents from the seller.
